We traveled to Minneapolis two days prior and spent that Thursday night at the Great Wolf Lodge in Bloomington. It was our 1st visit to a Great Wolf Lodge ~ the boys had fun - right down to the bunk beds in our room.
The boys enjoyed the lazy river, wave pool area, and various slides. Ralph also enjoyed the "wolf rider wipeout" (surfing simulator). After some play on Thursday we werent to IKEA for supper. The boys were able to play for a few more hours Friday morning before we departed for our next hotel and the focus of our visit.
We spent Friday evening at Nick & Jenel's for supper with the families and attended the wedding on Saturday morning. It was an outside wedding at a brewery with the reception inside their 2nd floor banquet hall. The boys (especially Ralph) followed Uncle Nick around at the reception as he made his way around to talk to folks.
