Today he finally made his 1st Communion. Church made a few revisions to the prepartion for 1st Communion including the retreat being on a school day, making a banner, and restricting some pews to parent only seating.
We choose to save seats for those attending so we were sitting back farther BUT after I realized we didn't save enough space Mike and I moved to the front - totally not intention but it did provide us with a great view of the kids. Henry was in the 2nd row but closer to the other aisle. We were able to watch him as we wanted.

The kids put their handprints on a banner during the retreat - Henry's handprint is the green handprint closest to his head.

Aaron & Theresa Delahoyde came to be a part of the day.
