Ralph is roughly 5'9" - his feet are not keeping up with his height; he is still in size 6 shoes. His usual choice of clothing is sweatpants, tshirt, and a hoodie rather than a coat in winter.
Ralph's lingo has shifted since last summer from "poggers" to "deal/no deal" and "silly". I don't hear "poggers" much anymore though I do hear "silly" plenty in an attempt to avoid spending time answering questions.
At the start of the school year Ralph had eggs for breakfast then switched to chobani flips/toast after awhile with cereal every now and then. He eats hot lunch at school - more times than not he chooses a been a hamburger or pizza. He went through a streak at supper of Hotpockets (mostly the ham & cheese) then cheese brats as well as having some of my meals or a chicken taco sometimes. He does eat a variety of foods when we have family meals - pork, steak, shrimp, etc. and does like crab leg.
Ralph spent the Husker football season hawking Valentino's pizza during the home games. He would walk almost a mile from the parking lot our BSA troop had for a fundraiser, check in 90 minutes before the game started, station himself near a gate prior to the game started, and when the game started he'd walk up and down the stairs in the south stadium selling pizza for $6/slice. He was able to sell 6 boxes of pizza during the Oklahoma game; he sold 3-5 boxes during the other games.
Ralph is currently a Life Scout. He has completed all the Eagle required merit badges and has plenty of electives to earn a few palms when he does earn his Eagle rank. He has started looking for an Eagle Project.
Ralph spends his free time online gaming, watching youtube or twitch, and reading.
Today marks the first day of 4th quarter. In addition to the usual required classes (Physical Science/Geoscience, English, Geometry, and Geography Civics - all either Diff or AP) Ralph had Orchestra and Spanish 2 as year round classes and World of Business and Oral Communication as semester classes, He is doing great with that schedule; even through the stress of meeting expectations. He is practicing Spanish as much as he can with the limited speaking abilities of the rest .of the family. A few weeks ago he registered for next year's classes.
